Using the SHOP page click add to shopping cart. As usual when done shopping click checkout. Credit card payments are processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Simply choose PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD at the PayPal login screen.

Sometimes the hamster wheel that makes the web work.... well stops turning. If you are unable or do not wish to order via the SHOP page please please send an email to gmccomas@macrailproducts.com noting which products you would like to purchase, quantity, and your email address. I will then invoice you via PayPal to provide payment. 

We stock all products that are available on the shop page. If you are wanting to purchase large quantities of an item, please send me a message so we can run a custom batch for you if necessary. In the instance the product is out of stock, it will allow you to still purchase and will show "Back Order". Unless their are printing issues, back orders are filled within 72 hours and in stock products are filled within 24 hours. 

Shipping will be charged at a flat rate based on USPS First Class or Priority when selected at checkout. International Shipping invoiced accordingly based on USPS First Class International rates and ability to service foreign country shipping to. If USPS unable to support, alternative via FedEx of UPS will be evaluated and charged accordingly.  Shipping of multiple products will be combined if possible in order to minimize your shipping costs. In some cases customers will receive a partial refund on shipping. 

MAC Rail Products offers discounts to dealers with brick & mortar storefronts, web e-commerce presence, and trade/train show point of sale setups. Please send email to gmccomas@macrailproducts.com for more information. 

Orders may be cancelled by either party if product has not shipped. Cancellations by the client will be refunded minus any PayPal fee. Any custom made orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

All sales are final. We take great pride in having a quality model railroad produce, but things happen and somehow could be defective or broken.  Parts will be replaced at no cost with free shipping. Defective or damaged parts must be returned at customers cost. 

Policies, procedures and pricing may change at any time without notice. If an order has been started then it will not be subject to any price or setup change.
